We ship orders to our customers through the transport company DHL.

Preparation and shipping

The delivery date at the customer's address depends on the availability of the product and the shipping area. For mainland Spain and Portugal the usual delivery time is 24h to 48h, for the rest of the countries of the European Union can vary between 48h and 96h

We ship our products FREE on orders over €2000 (VAT included)

Delivery of heavy or bulky products

Deliveries of packages over 10 kg or bulky will be made at street level.
If you require special unloading conditions, you must notify us before shipment in order to make a price quote. special delivery.

Special download conditions are considered:

  • Any package over 10 kg or bulky.
  • That there is no elevator or that access by stairs prevents the delivery of the merchandise.
  • The delivery date in certain days.
  • If there are restricted passage areas.
  • If the access is only for residents, private areas or urbanizations,…
  • If there are areas that require Authorization from the City Council (bulky or heavy transport, special measures, circulation hours,...).
  • If the area requires prior request for reservation of loading and unloading.
  • Areas where heavy trucks cannot circulate, with flatbeds. 3,500kg trucks, etc.
  • If there are hours restricted to traffic.
  • If there are curbs, pivots, containers, small or narrow access,…
  • If the passage is of a single lane or of any other type that prevents the parking and stop of the vehicle to unload.
  • If the street is pedestrianized.

Warranty and returns

The products have a 3-year guarantee against manufacturing defects.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the last of those goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must meet the following requirements:

  1. You must notify us at Pol. Ind. Noáin - Esquiroz, Calle P nº 22. 31110 Noáin, Navarra, info@performlife.fitness +34 948 310 791, your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the withdrawal form model below, although its use is not mandatory.
  2. The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must keep the instructions, documentation, accessories and its original packaging and labeling.
  3. The return must be made using the same box or envelope used in the delivery.
  4. A copy of the proof of purchase and the delivery note of the products must be included in the package, where the returned products are also marked.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is enough that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery that we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make said refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.

You must return or deliver the goods directly to us or to Pol. Ind. Noáin - Esquiroz, Calle P nº 22 - 31191 Beriaín (Navarra, Spain), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than within the period of 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The term will be considered fulfilled if you return the goods before said term has expired. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

Return of defective products

ANY DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT or missing and/or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

The buyer will be entitled to a refund of the price of defective products or products delivered if they do not correspond to the order placed.

In these cases, the return to Pitk Pelotas S.L. of the products must be made by the buyer through the same procedure established in the "right of withdrawal" section, although the buyer should not be responsible for the costs of returning said products.

Provided that the buyer has followed the established procedure and the requirements established in these General Conditions have been met, Pitk Pelotas S.L. will refund the price paid withrresponding to returned products that are defective or that do not correspond to the order of products made by the buyer.

If the product arrives with any visible sign of damage to the packaging or breakage, it is very important that the buyer does not sign the delivery note to the carrier and returns the product automatically or otherwise the return will not be assumed by Pitk Pelotas S.L..

Cancellation of your order

Your order begins processing right after you confirm your purchase. If you wish to cancel the order before it leaves our facilities, send an email to support@performlife.fintness.com or call +34 948 310 791, once the order has left our warehouse, it must be processed as a return.
